Thought of You Today

Today Dave and I renewed our Costco membership.  As we wandered up and down the isles looking at all the stuff, I found the beets you purchased the time I took you there.  I walked right up to them today and touched them.  I could remember the glimmer in your  eye when you found these beets and how pleased you seemed to try them.  I hold on tight to these memories.

I miss you every day Dad.  Some days are really hard.  I wish you were here.❤️
